| Introduction | Paul is Chief Finance Officer for GE Aviation Malaysia and he is also the managing director for Simple People Consultancy. Paul graduated from University Putra Malaysia in Bachelor Accountancy. He started his carrier with General Electric as management trainee in finance. This program is for 2 year and Paul was exposed to various businesses in Aviation and Healthcare. During this period was assign to US and Korea for 1 year. The program also required candidate to get through exam module in accounting, financial analyst, strategy and controllership. After completing a challenging 2 year program Paul took a financial planning and analyst leader with GE Aviation Japan. He spend 3 year in this role covering all planning, closing and reporting. After this Paul was promoted to Chief Finance Manager for GE Aviation Japan. During this time Paul oversee the entire finance operation. In Dec 2007 he was promoted to Chief Finance Officer for GE Aviation Malaysia. In this role Paul lead all the finance process and member of BOD. With all the finance and leadership experience Paul set up Simple People Consultancy to contribute to Malaysia community and share his knowledge and expertise |
