| Introduction | My name is Pantaleon Florez III. I’m an educator always looking to share and learn more. I began my ESL career in Germany. At the time I had no idea I was even beginning. Since my first experience teaching ESL in a non-classroom environment, I did a short practicum with first graders; graduated university; taught in the land of the morning calm; assisted in Linz, Austria; and am currently in a city so many know for its world famous musical.
