Introduction	…a little passion and a little love… I've always loved baking. It started when I was young. I remember making chocolate chip cookies with my mom. We would cream the butter until it was soft and fluffy, adding the sugar, vanilla, eggs and flour one at time. Then came the chocolate chips. It was so fun eating a little cookie dough to make sure everything was “just right”. Chocolate chip cookies will always be my signature item. This year I want to challenge myself in the kitchen and broaden my menu. Who knows, with a year of practice maybe the bakery I've let myself occasionally dream of could become a reality
