Introduction	My name is Katherine. I really like cooking for my daughter, but I don't have a lot of time or money. I am not spending 80p per meal for a tiny tin that either has cack I don't want my child eating, or a parsnip and an apple. When I could buy a parsnip and an apple, give it to her, and save myself money that will inevitably go back into nappies or food. I still want my daughter to eat well but I want to get more enjoyment out of food so I've started a blog to share some of the more successful results of my very messy kitchen. I like cooking. I hope you enjoy them and give them a go- comments/criticisms always welcome!
