| Introduction | I am an American born and raised in the South. I attended college in New England and worked for many years with regulators determining whether to build new infrastructure projects. I also traveled the world in Asia and Africa. Whenever I visit a place, I enjoy learning about people and things in that locale, including foods discovered. I have acquired both great memories and some mementos from my trips. Music, art and a collection of mementos and artifacts form welcome breaks in my routine.
