| Introduction | Almost 30 years ago I was a key player in the Hollywood film industry, having worked on such recognizable films as E.T., Poltergeist, Back to the Future, Gremlins and Die Hard. My life was changed forever when I discovered I had a serious heart condition called cardio-myopathy. Rather than consider the heart transplant option I was presented with, I decided to take control of my condition and take control of my life through a course of alternative medicine. Over the next five years I completely and successfully rebuilt my heart. This resulted in a voyage of self-discovery, which included a change in lifestyle, a disciplined study of medicine, and the attainment of an extensive knowledge of how the body works. The result has been my creation of a health program that has now succeeded in helping thousands of individuals attain optimum health and well-being. |
