| Introduction | I've studied Yang-Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan for about 16 years and at the request of my teacher started teaching on my own about five years ago. I will never claim to know it all because I never will, but if the path of T'ai Chi Ch'uan interests you, I may be able to point the way.
