| Introduction | I welcome you to join me on a journey to the Boardroom. In the 1980s women began to lean back a little...assuming our day would come - that it just takes time. In 2012, enough is enough. We are paid less for the same work, and though we are 50% of the population we are terribly under-represented in areas where decisions are made - in Boardrooms.
