Introduction	I began umpiring when I was 16 years old, and quickly fell in love with the art and science that is the often misunderstood world of umpiring. Five years in, I have aspirations of attending pro school once I obtain my degree from the University of Maryland next May. Eager to learn and described as a "sponge," I am always looking for ways to improve my game and be the best umpire I can be. I am a part of three organizations, and cross my fingers, a fourth come next spring.
