Introduction Mark Voger's journalistic career began in the home of Muhammad Ali, who granted him an interview for The Holy Rosary School Times in 1971 (when Voger was 12). An award-winning writer/designer for the Asbury Park Press in New Jersey, Voger produces the long-running Friday PAGE X retro pop-culture page and the Sunday CELEBS celebrity news, views and fashions page. (Voger's pages also appear in the Home News Tribune of East Brunswick, the Courier News of Bridgewater and the Courier-Post of Cherry Hill, all in New Jersey.) In 2004, Voger won the First Place Award for Critical Writing from both the New Jersey Press Association and the New Jersey chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. Voger also won design awards from the Society for News Design (SND) and Print. His favorite movie is "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein."
