| Introduction | My name is James Werline and Crossfit has been a part of my daily routine for almost a year now. I am currently a 3rd year Pharmacy Student at the University of the Incarnate Word's Feik School of Pharmacy and I plan to graduate in 2011. I am also a soldier in the United States Army Reserve's and I have served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 04'-05'. I love all kinds of sports but Football is my passion and I am always up for a game whether its flag football, or better yet the real thing. I am just another every day guy trying to help improve the lives of others by relaying the Crossfit mission to anyone who is looking for something that will finally work. If someone has ever told you that getting in shape is easy, than they're trying to sell you something. I'm letting you know right now, Crossfit is not easy but anyone CAN do it! Show up every day wanting to be better than yesterday. As my mentor Jeremy Tucker tells us, "Train to not suck at life". |
