| Introduction | Three retired couples decided to take a trip back in time and discover the America of years gone by on the historic Route 66. We will be transported by three "mostly reliable" vintage cars and are leaving for a few weeks of adventures. Our route will be from Oregon to somewhere east on Route 66 and back. We plan to see miles of roadside diners, small towns and tepee-shaped motels that helped thread the fabric of America and hope to "Get our kicks on Route 66". |
