Introduction	People want advisors that listen well, help pragmatically and creatively, and implement successfully. As a people oriented number cruncher, I do this. I've helped clients with over $1billion in real estate transactions - leases, purchases, restructuring. In addition I personally follow the triple bottom line objective, giving back to the community through leadership of a number of non-profit boards in affordable housing, education and social services. I've been a council member and deputy mayor. My broad background allows me to contribute more effectively in each of my roles.
