| Introduction | Hey everyone! My name is Chrissy. I am a 2012 graduate of Ithaca College, with a degree in Clinical Exercise Science. I am an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and TRX Level 1 Certified. I am currently working as a fitness specialist for a corporate wellness company in Boston, MA. I have also held jobs as a personal trainer and group ex teacher.
