| Introduction | I am Bhumika Lathia or Bhumi, a fun-loving, curious, adventurous person who embraces life's every moment with enthusiasm. I am curious, and love trying new things! While I have experimented with various recipes in the past, currently, I just love eating and trying out different vegetarian things. I do love mixing and creating different recipes or repurposing food items into a new creation. Traveling has always been a vital part of my life, as it fuels my adventurous spirit. In the young days, I have explored trekking, skydiving, though now, it is all about finding a nice beach! I have been lucky to travel to various parts of US, Canada, UK and Europe, and would love to explore Australia and Asia next. I find solace and expression in writing poetry, often inspired by emotionally intense events around me. Reading novels and blogging are other outlets I use to indulge in the world of words, as they allow me to connect with various ideas and perspectives. Learning new things and creating arts is my zen meditation.
