| Introduction | I am a fabulous woman in her early fifties! I work with the YWCA on a great leadership development mentoring programme for high school girls. Ceremony remains the poetic aspect of my working life and I am privileged to deliver marriage, civil union, naming and funeral ceremonies. My 'rocks' are thinking meditation that aligns wholeness of body, heart and spirit and the moving meditation of '5 Rhythms' - both are a real YES to life for me.
