| Introduction | As an empty nester, I was looking for an Open Window. I found it through attending a Life Coach Training with Martha Beck and her pod. Through cross country moves, chronic pain, rocky times in marriage and just life itself; I've found the necessity to go to "Plan B" on many occasions. Bottom line: Control is an illusion. Change is a part of life. I like the words "resilient" "tenacity" "grace" "loving" "strength", etc. My life is all about living into those adjectives and reminding myself that I'm human and deserve just a bit of grace and understanding. At this point in my life, I'm a wife, mom of two twentyish sons, an authentic woman, educator, life coach, and one who gives God credit for anything that I've accomplished on planet earth. My first day of life was in the summer of 1954. As a life long learner, I am humbled by the fact that I'm still a work in progress. God really isn't finished with me yet. |
