Introduction	I am vicar of a parish in the Liverpool Diocese and I have been ordained since 1990. I trained for ordination at Lincoln Theological College. I am also a coach helping clergy who are feeling some way overwhelmed with the demands and expectations of ministry or are making a transition, to realise their potential and make the best use of their God given gifts and talents.
