Introduction	Hi there and thanks for taking a moment to read my profile! My name is Jennifer and I live in Lincoln, NE. I am wife to my “doctor” husband, Paul, whom I have been married to for 12 years. I am also a mother to five children and one son-in-law: Sarah & Jeff, Nathan, Laura, Carlton and Madelyn. I am a believer and follower of Christ. In the past, my blog specifically was about my struggles with depression and anxiety. I have decided to expand a bit and offer encouragement to a wider group of folks. My blog will still deal with issues surrounding depression and anxiety, but will also share insights into life as the Mom of a child with ADHD and milk protein allergy, a gymnastics Mom, things I have found to help me cope, and well…life in general!
