Introduction	Born October 1965 Liverpool, England. After fulltime education I went onto to study a BTEC Business Diploma at college before my first employment in 1983 with a Telecommunications company. I spent the next 12 years working for 3 different organisations (Manufacturing and Distribution) in different sales roles before moving into the Hygiene Disposables market in 1995. The next 12 years I worked for 3 corporations securing contracts with a value of over £50 million pounds in both the Public and Private Health markets and in 2001 published a research paper into the Effectiveness of Hand Drying within the Healthcare service. This research and publication had a major influence on hand hygiene within the United Kingdom public Health Service and formed the basis for a radical change in National Hand Hygiene standards. In 2008 I was made redundant and have since completed a number of Project and consultancy based assignments, set up my personal blog The Oracle (http://andyh-theoracle.blogspot.com/) and will launch the official RAIDers of the Lost Sale© web site later this year. An e-book is also scheduled for completion.
