| Introduction | It is a tough and competitive business; we compete head on with industry giants such as Hoseasons. The trick is constant attention to value and keeping a good relationship with owners. They need to feel that they are in charge and that we listen to them and respond to their needs and suggestions. There is no doubt that flexing and constantly changing to suit the market is the right formula. We consider owners' success our success. It gives us a real pleasure to see new owners prospering. But we never forget that they always have a choice. |
| Interests | Really love my work. I am paid to visit and take photos of some of the most beautiful places in Britain. Seeing new cottage owners develop and prosper and their guests enjoy their holidays as part of my job cannot be better. My work may not be my life, but it is a really major positive to it. |
