Introduction	I graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Courdon Bleu in October 2002. I live in beautiful Arizona with my family. I have a son and a wonderful husband. I work in a restaurant in North Scottsdale as a cheese specialist. I pretty much create cheese boards to order. I love it. I am not a writer so I will have a lot of mis spelled words. I dont think that matters. I'm sure you will get the point even if the word is mis spelled.
Interests	Food, Traveling, Motherhood, Music, out doors,books.
Favorite movies	Gone With the Wind, Mostly Martha, Chocolate, Legends of the Fall, old movies with Bette Davis, Gary Cooper, Charlie Chapman, you get the point, and currently Julie and Julia.
Favorite music	Swing/Big Band, Classical, Classic Rock, Blue Grass, pretty much anything but country.
Favorite books	Gone with the Wind ( Can you tell I'm obbsessed), biograghies, My Life in France by Julia Childs, and The Bible.
