Introduction	I am an adult American woman (as in no longer in my 20s) - divorced, parent, teacher - who decided to move to Japan for its wonderful and varied history and culture. (And the shojo manga, j-doramas assured me that all the men here would look bishonen!) I am a qualified high school teacher of ESL in the US, and usually work in high schools here in the Tokyo area.
