Introduction Kyriakos Katzourakis Born in Athens in 1944, Kyriakos Katzourakis initially studied painting and theatre design at the Athens School of Fine Arts, before training as an engraver at the St. Martins School of Art in London, where he also attended courses on cinema. He lived in England from 1972 to 1985 and has organized numerous exhibitions in Greece and abroad (London, Biennale Sao Paulo, Biennale de Paris, etc). He designed the sets for Pandelis Voulgaris’ film THE ENGAGEMENT OF ANNA and created the costumes for DAYS OF `36 by Theo Angelopoulos. Since 1991 he has been working with the Art Group “Omada Technis” on the relationship between drawing and theatre, music, photography and cinema.
