You've rented a sky-writer to propose to your significant other, but it's completely overcast. What will you do?
Oh, that's easy... I'd have the skywriter dilute an aerosoled kerosene in the smoke-oil he normally uses, and then instruct him to ignite each letter as he passes... thus allowing the letters to burn with the passion of my love. That, or rain a flaming oil/kerosene mixture over a heavily populated area... about the same general effect, really.
