Introduction I believe being from a small town is a blessing. I am the proud daughter of Jack and Nimmie Steelman. My dad is a logger, and my mom is a personal care attendent who two-weeks ago found out she is cancer-free after a long battle with metastatic carcinoma. She is quite the survivor, and I am very proud of her. I volunteer at the local Senior Citizen Center, and have helped raise over $8,000 for Hospice. I am the President of my local FFA Chapter and Beta Chapter. I go to church at Hartshorn Assembly of God. I am a true country girl, and I love anything to do with nature, but I am also a politic nerd. I love school, and I am ranked first in my class. I love public speaking, and have won several speaking contests. My favorite subjects are Agriculture and American History. My ambitions in life include becoming an Agriculture teacher, getting married, having a couple of little ankle-biters, and eventually running for public office.
Interests Agriculture, hunting, writing, hiking, and studying politics.
Favorite Movies Second Hand Lions, True Grit, Grand Torino, and The Fox and the Hound.
Favorite Music Bob Dylan, Phil Collins, John Cougar Mellencamp, Waylon Jennings, Gary Allen, and Nickleback.
