| Introduction | I was twenty years at sea trading worldwide from cadet to Captain before coming ashore, swallowing the anchor and becoming a consultant which I have done since 2002. I am privileged to have met and continue to meet a host of seafarers (over 600 ships and counting). I coauthored the book Cracking the Code on the ISM Code with Dr Phil Anderson, along with John Wright and Stuart Nicolls. |
