Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't ever wear scarves unless I have to. Otherwise, my neck is all sweaty, and I scratch my neck every 5 minutes and all my friends are asking if I have some crick in my neck but all I have is some itchy scarf that makes my neck itch and prickles like wool against my skin.
