| Introduction | Fred Gaines is an Area Sales and Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 Advertising Company. After the Military, Fred began his career in sales in 2002 working for a large credit card company. After holding several sales positions in different industries, Fred finally settled in to telecom as an inside account executive offering Small and midsized telephone solutions to the SMB Market. Over the next several years he continued to develop his product knowledge, sales skills and coaching. In February 2006 he opened his own telecommunications company and in 2008 he relocated to Atlanta, GA. Fred has completed the Axiom Sales Science Program and in early 2009 decided to accept a position with his current employer as an Advertising Account Executive. During Fred's first year with the company he exceeded his sales objective and was selected for the prestigious CEO Achievement Award and attended the Top Performers retreat held in Scottsdale, AZ. He was subsequently promoted to his current role in Oct of 2010. Fred believes in sharing his best practices through coaching and development.
