Introduction	I am a personal trainer of 10 years with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science from the University of Southampton, UK. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I am a competitive powerlifter, and represented England at the 2009 World Drug Free Powerlifing Federation (WDFPF) World Championships. I also competed with the British Natural Bodybuilding Federation (BNBF) in 2008. My client base ranges from everyday people to top athletes like international rugby players, and professional ice hockey players. I will be going back to university in September 2011 to study for my MSc in Strength and Conditioning.
