| Introduction | Well my name is Jeff. I am 27 years old and have been cooking since age 12. I was first introduced to cooking by my grandmother who always told me that she didn't want me to depend on a woman to do the cooking for me, and the rest was history. I was always in the kitchen with her and my aunt DeeDee trying to learn new things. My grandparents had their own homestyle restaraunt in the suburbs of Washington DC where I eventually became a cook. Young, inexperienced and arrogant, I didnt realize the opportunity I had in front of me and decided to get out of cooking. Now, I have such an incredible passion for food and the art of cooking that I just want to share it with other people. My dream/ultimate goal is to one day open my own restaraunt. |
