| Introduction | I have been baking for as long as I can remember. One of my earliest memories of baking is when my mom brought me an easy bake oven. I remember using up all of the mixes that came with it within days and begging my mom to go and get me more once she did I used those just as fast that when the I took whatever I could find in our pantry and refrigerator and I put it in my easy bake. My aunt Darlene caught me putting bacon in my easy bake oven I instantly thought I would be in a world of trouble but she said “Where’s The Pancakes?” That’s when I found my knack for coming up with interesting flavors. It’s now many years later and Yum Squared Bakery is born from my love of baking, I often found myself baking after a stressful day of dealing with artist and record labels. I am now in the process of trying to open a store front and in the mean time I cook out of a commercial kitchen space.
