| Favorite movies | Mostly watching foreign TV series like Midnight Cafe, Borgen, Dark, Call My Agent, Occupied, The Killing, Broadchurch & pretty much any Walter’s Choice on PBS. Movies I'd see again just off the top of my head: Blade runner, Babe, Princess Bride, Brazil, Out of Africa, Casablanca, Citizen Kane , Memento, The Jerk, Departures, Airplane, A Fish called Wanda, Raise the Red Flag, Syriana, The Big Lebowski. If I think about it for a while or spent an hour on IMDB, the list would stretch as Buzz Lightyear says, "to infinity & beyond." |
| Favorite music | I go for baroque, but zydeco will do in a pinch or maybe something in between? With Amazon Prime I find myself revisiting Warren Zevon or other nostalgic voices. And even the local library doesn’t want the boxes of CDs stashed in the basement—sigh! |
| Favorite books | What I am Reading at the moment. Just finished a slog with Facing the Mountain, so now I can treat myself with a reread of Nesbo’s series featuring my favorite drunk detective Harry Hole now in trouble in Southeast Asia. |
