Introduction	Another parent of a child with food restrictions due to allergy and an autoimmune disease. Professionally, I'm trained as a Librarian and for most of my career I've worked in Biotechnology. For the most part, I've focused on technology and libraries with an interest in educational technology as well. I hope to apply my skills in research and evaluation, along with my interests in ed tech to create this little blog. Here I hope to find, maybe create, educational materials around health that will help my child, and hopefully any others who could benefit.
