About me

Gender Female
Location North Tonawanda, New York, United States
Introduction I earned my Bachelor of Arts in 1999 through Buffalo State College, where I majored in Philosophy and my Associate in Arts in 1996 through Niagara County Community College, graduating with Honors and High Distinction in the field of Human Services. I became interested in Human & Civil Rights when my youngest son identified as Gay in 2005 and I was falsely reported for educational neglect by school officials of the City of North Tonawanda School District (NTHS Principal Jim Fisher and Child Associate Rosemary Fox) and indicated by Niagara County Department of Social Services; even though each failed to prove my son truant or unlawfully detained from school. The matter was taken before NYS Court of Appeals, where Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman refused to hear the Appeal. During the Appeal process, I was advised pro bono by Chicago Lawyer & Gay Rights Advocate Jay Paul Deratany and, supportive counsel, Nathan Polum. Although I have stopped posting to this blog, it remains public so others may learn & benefit from the truths about the 'system of justice' in New York State.
