| Introduction | Welcome to the middle of no where. Are you sure you have completely thought this through? When I told my friends six years ago that I had divorced my husband and quit my 6 figure corporate job they all thought I had lost my mind, but I found piece of mind. No where I have discovered to my total joy and happiness is Lorida, Florida. No red lights, no caution lights, no grocery store, no mall, and no traffic with the exception of the boats lining up at Trails End Fish Camp boat ramp during season. A perfect day now begins watching the fog lift off of the fields or off the lake during the breaking hours of morning while sipping on a good cup of coffee. I am a true blue southern country gal, by the grace of God I was born and raised south of the Mason-Dixon. Traditions run deep in my family and recipes are passed down and cherished like diamond rings. Many of my fondest memories are of being in the kitchen with my Mother, Grandmother, and other great southern women during my childhood. Today my true joy is spending time with my partner and the love of my life Mark, our pets, our family, fishing, hunting, riding horses, painting, and of course cooking and canning. |

Pennies???Pennies??? There are so many better things to put in your mouth than pennies, put the pennies in a jar and put some real food in your mouth!
