| Introduction | A textile designer gone food designer. Since 1980 I have been passionatly interested in the benefits of healthy eating. I was allergic, changed my diet and gained perfect health. In the beginning I went into macrobiotics but since 1996 I went to Puerto Rico to Dr. Ann Wigmores center and I have been on the RAW path ever since. I am here to share my experience and get to know others that share my interests. In particular I want to get the message across to children and young people. |
