Introduction	I am the Programs Director for the Mali Health Organizing Project (www.malihealth.org). I have spent much of the past few years living in Mali and Cameroon. I am interested in in the Sahel, politics in Francophone West Africa (especially 1945-1965) and making the best meals possible with produce from Bamako's markets! If you are looking through previous entries, you will note that I was a Fulbright student fellow in Cameroon, but my blog is not an official website of the US Department of State.
