| Introduction | I'm Molly, mama to A who is 4 years old. She is allergic to eggs, wheat, dairy, nuts, tree nuts, sesame, shell fish and some other seafood, avocados and watermelon. What a random list right? It was so overwhelming at first but now I am grateful for what she CAN eat and comfortable feeding her balanced meals.
