| Introduction | I am a scientist who is a committed Christian. I take the Bible to be the Inspired Word of God and useful for all things pertaining to life and most importantly salvation. I do not believe my faith comes at the sacrifice of intellectual satisfaction, in fact, far from it. I believe in the natural reading of Scripture rather than forcing the words to represent something that is not straightforward to the reader to accommodate a particular favoured view.
