Introduction	Lisa Jacobson specializes in advising individuals and organizations on matters related to career decisions and employee engagement. In 1998, after 15 years in Fortune 500 HR, Lisa founded Workplace Solutions as a solution to her own workplace issue: seeking balance in her personal and professional lives. Lisa holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. As an undergraduate she studied Organizational Development at the University of South Florida. Lisa holds certifications as a Senior Professional-Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management and as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner. Lisa specializes in executive coaching for Gen Xers and Millennials and speaks to national audiences on topics related to: the happiness advantage of employee engagement, the ROI of happy employees, applications of positive psychology in the workplace and optimizing generational differences in the workplace.
