| Introduction | Well I have been struggling with my weight for over 10 years. Back in 2006 I began blogging my weight loss. During that time I lost over 25 lbs. and then found out I was pregnant with my second child. Since the birth of my daughter in 2007, I really haven't made any more attempts to loose weight. My life has become busy and sometimes hectic. However, on Friday, April 17th I made a decision. I decided that I need to do something. So, Monday, April 20th, I officially began "The Journey to a Healthier Me" again! |
