| Introduction | Economist based at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Graduated from University of Bristol in the UK with B.Sc. and M.Sc. in economics then worked in the City of London at Coopers and Lybrand, Schroders Investment Management and Mitsubishi Bank.
