Introduction	I'm a professional woman in midlife, who has one more chance to lose my extra weight before obesity-related health problems take hold. I am starting the Medical Weight Management (MWM) Program through Kaiser this week. This is a journal of my progress. BTW...the cat pictured above is the late, great Popper...one of the best cats who ever lived.
Interests	Fiber arts, such as knitting, crochet, spinning (on spindle and wheel) weaving and tatting. Gee, who tats anymore?? Well, I do! :) I also enjoy reading, cooking, drum circle-ing, movies and travel. No two-footed babies, but am the proud mom of two feline kids.
