| Introduction | Julie DuBose has been studying and practicing Miksang Photography for 12 years. She is one of the principal Miksang Instructors and teaches all Miksang Levels. Julie became a student of Tibetan Buddhist meditation master Chogyam Trungpa, the author of Dharma Art, in 1975. She lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 1990 to 2006 where she first began studying Miksang with Michael Wood. She practices Jin Shin Jyutsu acupressure and is the founder of Drala Essences, as well as a founder of the Shambhala Elementary School in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Julie is also the Co-Founder of the Miksang Institute for Contemplative Photography, located in Boulder, Colorado. |
