Introduction	Our journey together began December 14, 2002. Since then our life has changed significantly with the adoption of our six beautiful children. This quote pretty much sums our life up. "Adoption is like a scavenger hunt, you have to travel far sometimes to find the little treasures God has left for you but it is worth it in the end!" We moved away from our family and friends not really knowing why or what to expect. It was not until our first child was placed with us that we fully realized why God had brought us to Iowa – it was to find our family!
