| Introduction | A freshman at VCU, change has been afoot in my life ever since I entered AFo. I'm from a small county in, I have recently realized, the middle of nowhere. The closest town is in essence a crossroad. The move to Richmond was slightly traumatizing, but in a pleasant way. Honestly though, while I miss the sweeter air of the country, my old friends and family, and, of course, my dear cat, Little Kitten, I've accepted the idea of Richmond as my home. I hope to enter the Communication Arts program next year, and although I'm slightly nervous about having no life to speak of, I'm 98% sure it's where I belong. I have a wild imagination that tries to convince me it is reality all too often- any unexpected alarm will undoubtedly bring to mind visions of alien attacks. *sigh* It's been a long 18 years. |
