| Introduction | Pastor Gowon is the Executive Director of Christian Books for the Nations (CBFN) and the co-founder of the Friends of Boaz Foundation. He is a fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Human Capital Development (NIHCD). The predominant emphasis of his ministry has been the wholesome teaching of the Bible as God’s word. God’s calling upon his life is to “Go stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life” (Acts. 5:20). And like Ezra of old, his life is built around the study, practice and teaching of the Bible (Ezra 7:9 -10). Michael Gowon is married to sister Salamatu and they are blessed with four boys Arbat, Lamnenka, Bizumkinen and Nenpan. |
