| Introduction | Hello everyone welcome to my first blog, which has been a long time coming. I'm a Pastry chef and marketer by educational trade, and journalist through years of experience and training. My latest endeavor is the creation of this Blog, "The Life & Times of a Self Proclaimed Blind Gypsy". A blog that interperts the lives around me, past & present, in a organic bold & original way! The name may confuse some of you that aren't familiar with me. It stems from the fact that over six years ago I was diagnosed with an eye disease called Keratoconus, which has left me legally blind. Since this discovery I find myself unable to stay put in a place for too long and always looking for my next adventure, often when I get calls from friends and family they ask "Where are you? I thought you were out of town again", which created the nickname Gypsy Baby by my mother and others. I'm always looking for story ideas, so if you live a crazy interesting life hit me up.
