Introduction	I have been on this global food quest since birth. I love food….. I am a trained Chef that believes in good healthy sustainable food. I wake up thinking of my next meal and fall asleep at night dreaming of what I have just eaten or what I am going to eat tomorrow. To some it is an obsession…to me it is a way of life. I have been living in South Africa for the past 6 years. Working in both Bush lodges and large hotels, developing menus and training staff. I have also been planting kitchen gardens and raising worms.....not always as easy as it looks but so fulfilling when you bite into a succulent red baby tomato fresh off the vine. I am in search of not only good food but chefs and food lovers who are trying to make a difference with the way they eat, the way they shop and the way they dispose of their food stuff. Is it not time to start thinking of what we are leaving future generations?!
